I was born in 1974 in Amiens, France, and I live and work in
Paris. Since the end of my studies, I have worked my paintings,
drawings and sculptures, as an autodidact. I draw on many exposures
in which to inspire my work.
After I tested
myself in the figuration, I gradually discovered the expressive
power of the abstract. I understood and included in my work
what Kandinsky called "to paint by interior need",
the interior force which needs to be expressed and which is the
base of creation.
I express in my work the emotion of life's events, of the links
between people, musical abstraction, other's artistic work, and
nature. There is also the desire to work intensely, to advance
and develop. In my course, each work is the testimony of inner
psychoanalysis, for an evolution towards the comprehension of
oneself.
I love colors
passionately, and I inspire myself from nature. But I also
like the colors of the city with it's people and lights,
where the necessities of life come together. With my coloured
compositions, I express the exchanges and resonances we all
share. I express the existence where all the elements of life
are evoked in simple colors and forms.
Each work is just like life in its entirety, with its joys and
its pains in life and in death.
